    Cocchi Americano

    This was too bitter for me. I had to add some honey syrup to it.

    Juschu/Tequila Honeysuckle with Bitters

    2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

    1/4 ounce simple syrup
    1 1/2 ounces rye whiskey
    1/2 ounce Averna
    1/4 ounce fresh lime juice

    1 1/2 ounce whiskey
    1/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1/4 ounce maple syrup
    Dash orange bitters
