    A Rye & Yellow Chartreuse variation on the classic gin cocktail, the Last Word.

    1 tsp. Honey Syrup*
    2 tsp. Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
    2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

    * Honey Syrup is made from 3 parts honey to 1 part HOT water.

    An aged rum Old Fashioned variation.

    Similar to a Sidecar, but made with aged rum instead.

    I used Orange Curaçao instead of Cointreau. Not sure why, since I have Cointreau, but they're similar enough, and it turned out good.

    I used Ron Zacapa 23 instead of Scarlet Ibis
