I like to think that I keep up with things, but checking the SEC scores ... At the half, Alabama is losing to a school I've never even heard of. North Florida?!? 31, Bama 30

Ahh, the Ospreys. Located in Jacksonville. Still making the transition to D-I, now in the Atlantic Sun, used be in D-II Peach Belt Conference.

Was down there for a D-II baseball regional some years ago. Not a bad place ...

Blue Devils locked in a good one in Madison. 38-32 Badgers at the half.

He made a nice jumper tonight. He will make an NBA team very happy.

Your non-conference beatdown of the night -- Kansas 98, Alcorn State 31.
Kansas, No. 1 team in the country and national championship contender. Alcorn, bad even by SWAC standards and somewhere south of 300 in the Sagarin rankings every week for the past five years.
Kansas made 11 3-pointers in this game. Alcorn made 12 field goals and shot 23 percent from the field. Egads.
I don't know why Kansas scheduled this game. They'd have gotten more competition from a scrimmage.

Zag, I'm telling you, Iowa's going to bring 1940's basketball back.

Geezus, I haven't seen this many white kids on the floor for Iowa in my 33 years of existence on this planet.

Ralph Miller, Bucky O'Connor are rolling in the graves. Lute Olson just had another stroke moment, and Dr. Tom's is rooting for Providence and his kid.

Meanwhile, UNI shocks Iowa State, 63-60, in a very good game.

Todd Lickliter is making Dick Schultz look like Dean Smith.

It's putrid to watch this team of suck.

Oh my ... we could be seeing a Big Ten victory over the ACC, and Duke in danger of losing one of these games.

Wisconsin 73, Duke 69. Final. Big Ten finally wins a challenge.
EDIT: Err, does Ohio State need to win? Thought the Big Ten had it locked up now. But they said OSU needs to win. My mistake, I guess.

One other sidenote to the Kansas-Alcorn game I mentioned earlier.
Alcorn jumped out to a 4-0 lead. Kansas scored the next 36 points. Yes, a 36-0 run. One point short of an NCAA record.
    Ouch.

Ohio State needs only to not pull a Clemson.
