Unfuckingbelievable. I really thought UofM was going to pull that off. Especially when they inbounded it in the backcourt. Evan Turner is the real deal.

This is why this time of the year is the best in sports. That's a game that I shouldn't have cared about it at all and I was glued to it the last 5 minutes.

Awesome finish, awesome shot. Michigan defense made it too easy there in the final seconds.

Michigan, WTF. Let the national player of the year run up the court and get a good look at a game-winning 3.

    Now come on Illini!

I just spent the last 30 minutes gamecasting this damn thing, boss peering over the shoulder. Texting my friend about how Stu Douglass has to make his threes to win it. They come back with a barrage of threes, get a last second shot and still lose. DAMMIT!!!! DAMMIT!

An entire game with only one player on the court above 6-5 and you get beat on a half-court bucket. Fuck.

I'd hate to see what OSU does against a team with a center.

Actually before the tournament Michigan was 47th in the Ken Pom defense rankings, best for a John B team. Ever.

Memphis still has a whisp of a chance at an at-large, but as Meat said, a lot of crazy shit has to happen for them to get in. And UAB is definitely toast. Lose by 14 to Southern Miss in your one-and-done in the CUSA Tournament and you go straight to the NIT, do not pass Go. The question now, to me, is what about Tulsa, should they lose to UTEP in the semis today and the Miners go on and win the tournament. Does Tulsa have a chance at an at-large, or does that scenario mean CUSA only gets the one auto bid?

I think someone other than UTEP has to be the tournament winner for C-USA to get two bids now. This was the worst-case scenario for C-USA officials: UTEP wins, most of the other contenders don't. Tulsa does have a nice win against Oklahoma State from early in the year, but they've done very little since Feb. 1 outside two wins against Marshall, so that makes them a hard sell.
