Quality clock management by the Illini at the end of regulation & the first OT.

And hats off to Cougar High for winning the CUSA tournament.

Illinois had the ball at the end of both regulation and the first OT and didn't get a shot off in time on either occasion. That's truly terrible game management.

However, as long as Utah State wins and NC State/Minnesota don't find a way to win the ACC/Big Ten, my guess is Illinois is probably in. Rhode Island, on the other hand, with the Houston win and the fact that they were trounced by Temple, is probably out.

I agree. How Weber didn't call a timeout to set up a play is beyond ridiculous. Every time McCamey was trying to penetrate or get a shot, he was double teamed like a hound looking for a scent, and Tisdale screened like a wet rag.

McCamey should have taken a shot at end of regulation or the 1st overtime.

Buckeyes are going to win this game. Iliinois is running on fumes now.

Well they were relying too much on McCamey. The Buckeyes were doubling him and he took too long to get rid of the ball both times. They got a great look at the end of regulation, but it was a tenth or two too late, and he missed anyway.

Purdue is playing like tee-total shit.

5:50 left in the half and it's 24-4 Minnesota.

Sportsline already has MMOD up and running. They're showing a bunch of today's games.

If you've bet on Purdue scoring 10 in the first half, you're sweating the last minute.

Gophers holding for the last shot, up 36-9. Purdue won't get to double digits.

Question: Where do you seed the Boilers at this point?

Boilers still managed to get to their conference semifinals. I'm not sure you can drop them past 2 or 3, considering pretty much everybody else they'd be up against for a seed has lost, too.
