Roy: "But I just don't think anybody should yell negative things toward our players (when) you come in on our tickets to watch our game."

Other ACC schools should apply that logic to UNC fans when the Tarheels take road trips this year. Let's see what he says then.

Anybody see the end of that Xavier-Butler game? Craziness. Butler hits a layup with 1.2 seconds left to take the lead, the clock freezes, referees convene for like 20 minutes and then the blow the final horn and say game over. Predictably, Xavier's coach goes apeshit crazy.

I was going to post something ahead of you, but I'm still trying to figure out two things:

A). How did the timekeeper jump the gun and freeze the clock, when no whistle was blown, and...

B). How it took the refs about as long as Congress, as Bob Knight said, to make a decision and end the game by running off the 1.2 left on the clock?

    Crazy ending indeed.

The Zags couldn't fall out of a boat in the middle of the ocean and hit water. Some of that was pretty good defensive effort by Duke. Devils finally have some size and a good idea of how to use it.

Good to see Tennessee sucks again. I'll give them credit, though. Usually it's at least February before we figure out that they're overrated.

    Sarcasm?

    Tennessee utterly surrendered this afternoon.

Top 25 took several hits today: UT, Florida, Georgetown and Texas Tech all lost to unranked opponents.

WVU escaped Cleveland State and New Mexico is struggling with Creighton.

I see New Mexico recovered to stay unbeaten. But take it from this Hawkeye fanboi, at some point that team will implode, and their fearless leader will be there to deflect all the blame and instead dump all over his players.

We should have kept Craig Neal and made him Hawkeye HC. He's the only reason why UNM is undefeated, not Alfraud.

What the hell happened to Gonzaga?

Was going to post the same thing for the most part.

And yeah, Tennessee got pillaged. Pearl said he had no idea how Mike Gerrity, USC's point guard, would play because he had no tape on him.
