Maybe the Jackets are just tough against unbeaten teams: In December Kansas only won 71-66 at Atlanta, which is the second-closest game for the Jayhawks this year (Arizona was the closest.)

If tonight is any indication, someone is going to catch UNC.

It's called the Atlantic Coast Conference. They'll be caught ... question is by whom? Though the league isn't terribly strong from top to bottom, if Chapel Hill was almost had in Littlejohn and the Thrillerdome, what's going to happen in College Park? In Cameron? At the ESA?

Doesn't look too hard. Pound the boards and lock down on Hansbrough. Oh, and give him a little elbow in the face. Seems like he loves that.

When Hansbrough was out of the game, the Heels had no idea to get into an offensive set.

Speaking of which, Duke's win in Tallahassee shouldn't be overlooked. That place has been the killing fields for the Devils the last few years. Leonard Hamilton has himself a nice little find for a defensive/rebounding specialist. He was frustrating the hell out of the basically post-less Devils.

Bob Knight won. And lost it. Again.

In breaking bad news: Bob Knight just got his 900th coaching victory.
