WSU bounces back against awful Oregon State, winning 69-46 with Angola!'s parents in the house.

I'm a little surprised Washington defeated Oregon at home 78-70. Cal is beating ASU early in the second half and Stanford is doing the same to Arizona in the first half.

Especially in Lubbock, Texas. Knight's always hated recruiting, but he's really screwed trying to attract today's kid's where he is now.

Cleveland State basketball reappears on the map after beating #12 Butler tonite. First regular-season win over a ranked opponent. The Vikings have been irrelevent for 20 years -- hell, let's face it, they've been irrelevent in almost every sport forever -- but we might be seeing some Kevin Mackey and Mouse McFadden archival footage soon.

Should not be surprised by Washington's win ... that team is damn tough in Seattle. Played tight with Pitt and Wazzu and Oregon hasn't won there in seven years. A lot of people don't get how big Wazzu's win in Seattle was. Most coaches in the Pac-10 will tell you the Washington trip has become the toughest in the conference ... both are noisy as hell and Pullman is, of course, an outpost of an outpost.

True, plus it is not like Washington has no good players (hi, Oregon State!). If Appleby and Brockman both have big nights - like tonight - then they are tough to beat.

    What's it they always say?
    Any exposure is good exposure?

Seriously, it appears to me that aside from say Duke, NC, Kansas and UCLA - there are a lot of NCAA teams that could beat one another on any given night.

I'm loving this Harden kid for ASU. I just hope he stays around for a couple more seasosns.

    Oh, thanks NC State.

Lubbock: Where you can watch your dog run away for three days.

My cousin scored a hella lot of coke there while he was going to Tech (he was too dumb for TAMU).

They should put that on the brochure for the Chamber of Commerce.
