Valentine's "performance" during the Indiana-Illinois game in the mid-to-late '90's when Knight almost punched him was one of the most disgusting things I've ever seen in sport. Valentine entered that game with the sole intention of making Knight crack. It was also the most charged atmosphere I've ever witnessed at a sporting event. It's a wonder Valentine made it out of Assembly Hall alive that night (and I'm only kind of kidding).

 

It's a shame, I've always loved those Cards -Marquette battles. I hate them like Cincy and Memphis, but it's always an entertaining game.
