I can SO not wait to get home and watch the replay of the Louisville-Georgetown game. Saw about 15 seconds of it at work.

The root of my hatred of Notre Dame comes from its battles with Marquette when I was a kid, not football, though it was an easy transference.

My inner child is pissed those fuckers won.

Just watched a replay of the Ole Miss at Arkansas game from last nite.
Rebels played well in an unfriendly building, but lost.
The Ole Miss freshman Chris Warren just keeps getting better and better.
From the Fla. prep ranks, this kid deserves consideration for Frosh All-America honors and should be on first-team or second-team All-SEC lists.
He's worth watching, if you get a chance.
Haven't seen him showboat yet this year (though there's always a chance for kids to get corrupted)
    He's averaging 17 points, 5 assists, 2 turnovers, 2 steals, 2 personal fouls a game.
Also, 39 percent from 3-point range and 73 percent FT
Hardly ever comes out of games.

  10. But Arkansas really isn't very good, is it?

    It's up and down.
With former UK role player Pelphrey in his first year and (former Ole Miss and AzSt boss) Rob Evans on the bench, too, they are still meshing.
Patrick Beverly is decent-to-good and Gary Ervin is height-challenged, but exciting at the point.
Sonny Weems is the only apparent NBA prospect, but folks didn't think much of Janero Pargo when he was under Nolan there, and he's a solid pro now.
They are a beast to face, in that building.
SEC should send Ole Miss, MSU, Fla, Tenn. and Vandy to the dance.
Kentucky could get hot and win yet another SEC tourney and go, too. They've won about 80 percent of them.

The thing with Warren is that he's doing it against everyone on the sked.

Yeah, but then again, everyone beating Evansville is like telling your kid brother that he can score with the hot chick if he pretends to be McLovin.

It's going to be a tough row for Simmons. He was the hoops coach at my college during my junior year until Crews called him back to be head assistant. He treated me very well as a student and when I filmed games for the team.
