If you're a State fan, that's the pot calling the kettle black every day of the week and twice on Sunday.

What, no comments about KU winning at USC?

Seriously, I still need to watch that game. I was at work today and NFL dominated the TV, so I'll be hitting the DVR tomorrow to see how ugly that game was. (At least it looked that way based on the boxscore.)

    Mayo Lite.

Mario Chalmers is Mr. Clutch and it was good to see him finally play well. Shady Arthur had a solid game, Darnell Jackson continues his solid play, and Rush keeps looking smoother each game.

Good win without Sherron Collins, too. God bless Rodrick Stewart because he's playing as well as he can (and playing well), but he's no Collins.

Good to see that Duke's women's basketball team has dropped down a few notches after losing Gail Goestenkors. The Blue Devils have lost three straight. I don't know if Gail ever lost three straight.

Does anyone in America have two better wins than Texas? Tennessee and UCLA could both be Final Four teams.

Your early leader for game of the year.
Tim Welsh looked like Dead Man Stalking Sidelines Aimlessly after PC blew that 24-point lead with less than 15 left, refusing to even try to get a few minutes out of his only two guys over 6-8 even with BC killing them on the boards and Geoff McDermott fouled out. Why he waited so long to put Greedy Peterson back out there, I'll never know. Peterson and Efejuku, the ultimate box of chocolates (you never know what you'll get from him), might have saved PC's season and their coach's job.
PC-URI tomorrow night - perhaps both bound for the Big Dance (although the second half Saturday illustrated the Friars need Sharud Curry back badly).

Providence has a ton of talent. I fully expect them to finish in the top 6 in the Big East this season.

And they've been winning without Randall Henke having an impact at this point. He was a hell of a player a few years ago before he was injured.

I was at the Garden for their game against BC. They did of course allow BC to come back and tie the game, but they did indeed show a lot of promise. They absolutely dominated OT.
