Don't have the links, but Al Borges is supposedly the new OC at San Diego State and Rocky Long is set to be the new DC. That's a high quality coaching staff, with connections to Brady Hoke from his days in Oregon.

    Congratulations?!?!

You just left Notre Dame for EMU? I know it's a head coaching job, but still. For future reference: beware of any school whose initials are shared with a fowl.

I like the Rich Ellerson hire at Army. The guy took Cal Poly about as high as it was able to go.

Could he be keeping Tuberville's staff?

All fired. He's been flying solo for nearly two weeks now.

And he's kept one more according to the Bham News

Gene Chizik will not go far to name the first member of his coaching staff. The new Auburn coach Gene Chizik announced today that James Willis was retained from Tommy Tuberville's coaching staff.

Willis has coached linebackers for Auburn since 2006. He also has actively recruited some of Auburn's high-profile commitments during this recruiting season.

That would be seven. Yeah, I know, NMSU barely qualifies for the football subdivision formerly known as D-I.
