A few things from last night's festivities: All of which I watched at some point or another.

I may have to amputate my thumb (shut up) from the channel up/down usage.

USC-Hawaii--It felt like no one from either team was ready to play.

UNLV-Minnesota--A cool college atmosphere in a stadium that doesn't look like it could have a cool college atmosphere. UNLV is rubbish.

UNC-So. Carolina--If Clowney gets double/triple/quadruple teamed every game, he's gonna get frustrated. Then someone may find an arm missing.

Ole Miss-Vandy--Jordan Matthews is really fucking good.

Utah State-Utah--I'm growing tired of the red section, white section stuff in the seats. I felt like I was watching a game with a giant table cloth in the background.

Rutgers-Fresno State--Did someone in the Rutger's Athletic Department lose a bet to have to travel to Fresno, California for a 10:30 kickoff game on a thursday? I bet the Rutger's radio guys were just giddy getting out of the V at 3:30 this morning.

Valparaiso-North Dakota---I turned it at 21-0 in the first quarter. Felt like the game was being played in my basement.
