NC/SC --there was nothing fun about it.
    USC/HAW--yuk.

Sorry if this has already been posted, but our friends at the NY Post need a geography lesson:

Utah State is still very good but they're probably out of a BCS bowl now. Utah is pretty strong.

    Another lost season for USC.

Not sure what to make of the SC-NC game. SC was better but NC held its own.

    San Jose pitches a shutout?

And at least the Post didn't fuck it up totally by saying "against inbred rival" ...

SC had better get ready to defend 80 plays a game. Clowney taking off every other play isn't going to work.

Worse: Fresno usually closes at 10 on Thursdays.

I'm sure all the players will just be up, bright and chipper, for their classes this morning. But hey, they should be grateful they get all that great tutoring that isn't available to the rest of the "normal" students.

Clowney looked a tad out of condition last night. ESPN has built
him up so much it was impossible for him to measure up to the expectations
    though.

A tad? He was sucking wind in the second quarter.

It was humid. I heard Robert Smith call it an "adrenaline dump" which makes sense.

The big issue is that Clowney can possibly live up to the expectations placed on him.

Offensive coordinators that have SC on schedule have been scheming all year to
neutralize Clowney. Nick Fairley would have had the same expectations on him
with 1 more year but he came out of no where and was just allowed to develop.

Maybe he's trying to play his way out of the Raiders picking him at #1.
