Maybe a bit of both, but I'd lean toward Arkansas being that bad. North Texas won nine games and played in the Conference USA championship game last season, then doubled up SMU 46-23 in this year's opener and is 3-0 now. They're not terrible. But no SEC team should lose by 27 at home to a Conference USA team. Following the debacle last week at Colorado State, and with a three-game stretch of Auburn-Texas A&M-Alabama coming up next, it's safe to say Arkansas is in a world of trouble.

The loss to North Texas, BTW, was the worst at home by an SEC team against a Group of 5 team since Temple beat Vanderbilt 37-7 in the 2014 season opener. Louisiana Tech's 27-7 win over Ole Miss in 2011 was the only other double-digit SEC home loss to a mid-major this decade. They lost a few others by double digits on the road or at neutral sites.

Looks like we're getting an answer as to whether or not Arizona State is for real. They have about 20 yards in the second half and are running out of time to mount a comeback against San Diego State.
Clemson managed to shake off its underachieving status. Thank God we'll always have Arizona State to fall back on.

Then Texas beats USC, because shit doesn't make sense this year.

Although I will say Arkansas is pretty bad (they folded like a cheap suit fairly early in the game), UNT is pretty decent. Their QB1 is a junior and they were prepared for this game. They also showed no fear at any point during the game.

Arkansas is that bad. Anyone who loses to CSU is bad,

It’s a Sun Bowl program with a Sun Bowl team.
