Oddly enough, Liberty is already playing one of those with New Mexico State.

Liberty moved its home game this weekend against Norfolk State to Dec. 1.

Can’t Rev. Falwell just part the hurricane? I can’t imagine G-d wants to interrupt a Christian football game.

Miami not on any future Toledo schedule.

Toledo does get a visit from BYU next season, and Colorado State in 2021.

NC State is kinda not on any future WVU schedule anymore, either:

Report: NC State will not move game vs. No. 14 WVU

Why go through the expense of moving a game when you can just go ahead and take the field...for a quarter, then sit out 2 hours for a lightning delay, then take it for another portion of a quarter, then rinse and repeat for 12 hours???

Man, based on the current models, Nashville might get it worse than Charlottesville.

(That said, the point about freeing up first responders to help hurricane victims is a good one.)

East Carolina just said it isn't traveling to Blacksburg for the game at Virginia Tech. Interesting that they announced it on their website rather than allowing Tech to make the call.

ESPN execs get into the Washington-ESPN fray ... and side with Washington.

ESPN VP on Mark Jones' tweet about Washington: "childish"

Exec noted that "we are all at a loss for how to work with mark."

Interesting that the story came from a FOIA request for a Washington administrator's emails.
