So now that all of the big conferences have gone conference-only, do the G5 leagues fall in line and do the same starting tomorrow?

So my guess is no bowls outside of the Playoff, Rose, Sugar and Natty in Miami - AT BEST. Perhaps miracle vaccine allows for Peach and Cotton - maybe.

DEFCON 1 still an option, apparently.

Hell, would you be surprised if Florida-Florida State, or whatever rivalry that doesn't involve someone in the final four just play in the middle of December in an empty stadium? I certainly wouldn't

I wouldn't be surprised if they lined up in the middle of an I-10 rest stop somewhere between Tallahassee and Lake City and held a flag football game, just to settle things. (I'd actually watch that.)

Pushing things back to late September is just another Hail Mary on fourth-and-long. Somebody will have to man up at some point because there's no way this works.

If you want to play a couple of games start in August.
Late September, the campuses will be fouled up already.

One thing the SEC gains by delaying its start is that it doesn't have to be the one to pull the plug for the rest of the country. By mid-September, this thing could be so out of hand that cancellation will be the obvious call and others will make it. In the past four days, 737 of Gov. Trumppuppet's constituents in Florida have died.
