No obstructions, but seats go out, not up. Like the Big House. There's a reason they don't make stadiums like that anymore. An upper deck with seats hanging over the lower deck is much closer to the field.

 

You can change the match up, but the mystique remains.

 

So do they dare start the Sugar Bowl on the deuce or push them back until this ends?
