    I don't know the answer but am spitballing that DeBoer had a couple of prior Big 10 guys already on staff due to his previous Indiana ties but I could be wrong. I'd imagine since Fisch had a swim through the conference among his many stops there might be a couple already on the Zona staff to bring with him
