After watching some of the I-AA playoffs in cooler places, it's a shame that North Dakota State and South Dakota State decided their championship in ... Frisco, Texas.

It's like watching the Buffalo Bills and Green Bay Packers play in a place where there isn't tons of snow shoveled to the stadium walls at this point of the season.

Kind of sad that they couldn't play the national championship tonight. No need for 10 days between games.

Talk with the WWL. If the WWL tells them to play at 0300 in the middle of some crop field, they do it. Too much money at stake.

Surprisingly, Joe Goodman actually covered an event in person.
    Unsurprisingly, he botched the identification.
Least surprising, he is acting like this isn’t now within the rules and being pursued by every D-I school except maybe the service academies.

I cannot stress enough what a horseshit excuse for a journalist he is.

He's a bomb thrower. He loves to put some item in an article that he knows will get the fan base torqued up.

Someone needs to tell this Jag off (Hi, Cosmo!) that the Playoff Committee banned tailgating, just like it did the previous two years. It's not an LA thing, fool.

Such bullshit having these games in places where people don’t care. Like having the New York Philharmonic play debuts in Pigeon Forge.

Is it just me or is there just very little buzz for this game? The Hamlin situation seemed to consume all of the football oxygen over the past week and I've barely heard anyone talk about this game.

    No question re: Hamlin.

I think it's hard to get excited about Georgia's repeat bid--Bennett is a great story but no one in Houston, Indy, etc., is tuning in to watch their potential No. 1 QB pick.
