Committee's love for TCU remains fresh and pure. Otherwise, no kick with this list.

I still think Ohio State might jump to 4 if the Buckeyes win out.

It's a crap shoot where most of the 2 loss teams should be ranked

If both Mississippi State and Ohio State finish with just one loss, and a loss to Alabama on the road is seen as more damaging than a loss at home to Virginia Tech, that's super fucked up. But I know the committee has strong if not good reasons for making it one conference to a berth.

The rankings are strangely volatile. Alabama went from 5th to 1st in a week? I have no problem with the way they're ranked, but it's odd to see that much movement.

Ohio State would also be a conference champion with a road win over Michigan State and a neutral site win over Wisconsin.

Mississippi State's best win would probably be at Ole Miss, which would be 9-3 at best and 8-4 at worst.

    It's a fluid situation

Based on the current rankings, your semifinals would be:

Alabama vs. Mississippi State in New Orleans
Oregon vs. Florida State in Pasadena

Florida St in Pasadena has the feel of The Clampett's in Beverly Hills

Yeah, it would be their first time there since they played Auburn for the BCS title last year.

I was paraphrasing TJ Simers from his story last year that caused a bit of controversy.

It's all set up now for two SEC teams. Veddy nice.
