If IU plays tOSU close and beats Purdue, I gotta think so (though I'm highly biased). I don't think a one-loss Big Ten or SEC school would ever get shut out of a 12-team playoff, even if it misses the conference title game. But agree, taking PSU off that line would help.

Mizzou just Mizzou’d all over itself. A missed extra point let Oklahoma tie it at 16. Then the Tigers cough it up on a scoop and score to go down seven at the 2-minute warning.

I thought the same thing about Oregon vs. Maryland.

Enthusiastically playing the fight song and doing the stupid light show when you score a touchdown with 11 seconds left to avoid the virtual shutout is certainly a choice, LSU.

    How did Mizzou stop Mizzou-ing?

Game looked like a junior high caliber game for 3 quarters-plus.

What a ridiculous final 3 minutes.

It finally occurred to their backup QB that passing to future top 10 draft pick Luther Burden might be beneficial. They finally got the tying score, then Oklahoma coughed up its own fumble for a scoop and score seconds later.

Montana home crowd just marched UC Davis backwards 15 yards with three penalties due to crowd noise, forcing them to settle for a field goal.

This is why Tony Romo said Montana had the loudest crowd of any stadium he'd ever played at.

Also, in a peak Missoula moment, there are multiple people wearing sweatshirts under Carhartt overalls tonight.

So they'll somehow still be ranked in the Top 25?

Whatever playoff and ACC championship hopes Pitt still had are gone after losing to Virginia.
Them, LSU, Iowa State ... we're starting to cull the herd a little bit.

And don't look now, but Colorado is sneaking into a good position to win the Big 12 and slide into the playoffs. After tonight they and BYU will be clear of the two-loss pack with a good path to the conference championship game.
Colorado finishes vs. Utah, at Kansas (at Arrowhead), vs. Oklahoma State.
BYU is vs. Kansas, at Arizona State, vs. Houston.
No real world-beaters on either side, although Utah and Arizona State might be tough outs.

Romo was at Mizzou tonight. He’s married to a Mizzou grad and former Miss Missouri.
