Some people used to knock the light blue as not being tough, but I sort of liked it. I like teams that have a unique look.

Best games of the day: Georgia vs. Auburn and Oklahoma State vs. Texas.

That didn't take long. Buckeyes up 7, 30 seconds in.

Good God, that Illinois-Purdue game next week may have a negative point total.

Andre Williams of Boston College won't win the Heisman Trophy, but he deserves a mention. Guy has 1471 yards rushing in nine games. Has three 200-yard games this season, including 295 last week. Already has 113 yards and a TD in the first quarter today against North Carolina State. Boston College, which was 2-10 last season, is 5-4 and can be bowl eligible with a win today and could finish 8-4.

I'm trying to figure out who flaked on GameDay as the celebrity picker that they had to go with the Bear.

Harvard-Penn was probably the best game I'll see all day. Harvard led 38-0 in the 3Q, Penn scored 30 straight, got the ball back, converted two fourth downs and had the ball at the Harvard 20 in the final minute before turning it over on downs.

Kansas beats West Virginia 31-19, snapping its 27-game Big 12 losing streak.

Happy day in this house. Neither Kansas nor Virginia lost, a rare feat.
