Kiffin is calling offense in Alabama.

Serious props to Saban. It's a very funny story, still.

Brent is wink-winking nod-nodding Boise State.

Tis a mystery. I mostly think it is because he brings out the crazy in the callers.

He's brilliant at playing both ends against the middle.

He's got a quirky sense of humor too. Takes it all in stride.

Someone said a few weeks ago that the SEC could have a bunch of two-loss teams and be out of the playoffs. I said no way in hell. Now I'm wondering, if this holds up, how they avoid that fate.

    I don't get it either.

It reminds me of listening to a NASCAR call-in show but about college football.

    Pass.

It has turned into that kind of game.

    36-34.

I will assume Alabama wins for point of argument. Should it still be ranked number 1? It's struggling at home, while Oregon is eviscerating an admittedly worse opponent on the road. And oh, yeah, isn't there a team that hasn't a lost a game?

If Bama wins, I'm comfortable with Bama, Oregon and FSU being 1, 2 and 3, and in any order. I have no idea at this point who's No. 4.
