It's a TV show. TV shows need ratings. If they happen to have a good story that's nice too.

The difference between the third-string QB and the backup QB are minimal, neither of them can do what Jordan Travis did.

If FSU wins it'll be with the first-round pass rusher having a big day, the first-round wide receiver making one big play on offense and another on special teams, the running back busting off some big plays and the guys likely to get drafted in the spring at DB, DT and LB doing what they have done all season.

There are a lot of good, healthy players on the FSU team.

I have np idea what the committee wants, but if Florida State wins tonight, they're in. A 13-0 P% conference champ has to be.

Toledo, a 10-1 team, has suddenly become a bumbling mess in the MAC championship game.

I have absolutely no faith in this committee to do the right or smart thing.

    Biggest nightmare for committee….
If Georgia wins, Michigan loses, Florida State loses…..
I don’t think Alabama ever jumps Texas even if they beat Georgia.

Not surprising. Alma always has an answer.

Either Georgia, Alabama, Washington, Texas or Georgia, Alabama, Washington, Michigan.

With the decision to keep TCU at No. 3 last year they have set a precedent they can follow by not punishing the team playing the conference championship game to the point of where they reward the team that sat on the couch.

Under your scenario, the teams picked will have played 13 games.

Does Okie Lite realize they’re losing?
3rd and 8 and you run it straight up the middle.

Does anyone want to win the MAC?

I hate winter, but this nature show with winter scenes is better than watching Texas kick Okie Lite's ass.

A Lynx is stalking a rabbit.

    Edit: Missed the rabbit.

Washington is in. Texas is playing for first alternate in case one of the three remaining undefeateds gets beat.

The SEC doesn't get two spots at the table unless Michigan and FSU both lose, and even then Texas > 12-1 champ Alabama > 12-1 conference loser Georgia.

Will there be this much hand-wringing over the 12th and 13th spots when the playoffs expand?
