LOL. Two summers ago, on the last night of our vacation my wife and I endured a pretty hot late-afternoon sun so as to score a great, sunset-view table at dinner. The light was just starting to get really, really pretty when this gaggle of folks, all wearing Ohio State stuff, got right up on us and started making photos of the pretty view. Total dickheads. I'm not the big confronting sort, so I just steamed. And then, kinda quietly, but kinda not, too, I started saying ... "thirty one to nothing ... thirty one to nothing ... thirty one to nothing."

That's like the time Kentucky went to the Maui Invitational. Some of the fans liked silverswords, the local plants, and went to the hotel gift shop to buy them. They asked if they came in blue.

Let me note for the record that I have no particular animus toward Ohio State and those who are partial to its athletics teams. Last year after my team had pulled that win over the Buckeyes out of its ass, however, I did smile a bit at the thought of those folks eating their livers.

    ROFLMAO.

It just means more. LSU has three wins. What a sacrifice!

At the rate LSU players are opting out of whatever remains -- and more power to 'em, by the way -- they wouldn't have had enough players to field a team.
I have seen nothing from the NCAA to suggest they're going to do anything to the brand names. LSU football and basketball and Kansas basketball will skate.

Right after the opening kickoff in the Big 10 Championship, I think they should change the rules: First team to score wins.

I can’t get bent out of shape about this
The Big Ten has played favorites with Ohio State and Michigan ever since the Big Two and Little Eight days
In this case it’s obvious Ohio State is the class of the league
After doing a 180 on even having a season I can’t bitch about them changing the rules again

All this does is further undercut the playoff as a legitimate sports contest. They could have had the first committee poll before the first games were played and picked those four teams and it wouldn't change much. Notre Dame might not've been in it, but Clemson, Alabama and Ohio State would've made it. This season has been a more desperate dash for TV cash than even the NFL season.

Out of an abundance of caution, I have decided not to play in the 2021 Masters.

Unless it’s Northwestern, then it’s best two out of three.

Undoubtedly this year’s champion will be awarded the most deserved asterisk in sports history.
