I’m convinced Frank Solich was the greatest football coach in the world. Worst program in CFB for 40 years. He arrives and Ohio wins 8-11 games every year. He leaves and they are a bottom 10 program again.

This is not a championship Bama secondary. And the fact that Eli Ricks couldn’t get healthy enough to crack the starting lineup in fall camp is even more glaring in hindsight.

Can we all talk up Texas to the point they believe they’re back? Just so it’s funny when Alabama hits the afterburners?

Pretty cheap shot on Ewers to knock him out. Sort of a “welcome to the SEC” move.

    That's a dormitory, not a dumpster.

Wait a minute ... Texas has a kicker named Auburn, and they're playing Alabama?
If they end up pulling off the upset with a game-winning field goal, sports writers ought to have a field day with that one.

I didn’t think it was cheap — thought it was a bad flag.

That McClellan touchdown is exactly half of Bama’s offense so far. Bill O’Brien continues to be ass in the Lone Star State.

Jim Grobe turned it around in the late 1990s. Took the Wake Forest job and won an ACC title. Turned out to be short lived until Solich arrived.
