Where did the report that Wilson had a broken collarbone come from? Or did he break his collarbone too?

 

I added a couple of the missing lines. Sportsbook.ag says Alabama -20, which seems absurd considering Arkansas' injuries, Alabama's many lopsided wins the past two years and Nick Saban's dominance of the Razorbacks since he came to Tuscaloosa.

Keep in mind that in 2007 and 2010, the Razorbacks finished with better records than the Crimson Tide.

Based on what I saw on Twitter that night, CBS Sports tweeted it. Since CBS Sports Network is embedded with Arkansas for a TV series, everybody assumed it was accurate and ran with it. Then the UA SID repeated the "injury above the shoulders" line and CBS recanted and apologized.

Beat writers in Fayetteville said Smith confirmed it was a concussion on Monday.

 

That's what I thought.

 

I need to do the same as a fan one of these weekends. I'm in the neighborhood, so there's no excuse.
