Israel Abanikanda just broke Tony Dorsett's single-game rushing record for Pitt. Abanikanda has 320 yards and six touchdowns on 36 carries. The Panthers needed all of them, watching a 15-point lead dwindle to two before pulling away again on his last two scores.

    It’ll be ok
OU fans, supporters, and boosters are completely rational and fine, upstanding citizens. I’m sure they’ll be fine with a couple years of mediocrity.

It’s a shame Tennessee and Ole Miss don’t play each other this year.
That would be a race to 100 snaps a piece.

Was unaware I drove down to witness “A Tribute to Gene Stallings.” Then again, 17 points in a half was still too spicy for Bebes’ Geritol.

Whenever I see scores like South Carolina 17, Kentucky 7; and Alabama 17, Texas A&M 14; I always get the mental image from Rocky IV of the Politburo member nervously pointing toward the ring to signal his guy to go down and "encourage" Ivan Drago.

Alabama State coach Eddie Robinson Jr.: Not related to the Grambling coach, and not a big fan of Deion Sanders.

... so he's not a Prime example of a class act?

Does anyone in Raleigh want to win a game?

Florida State's punter runs with the ball, probably should have run for the first down, ran beyond the line of scrimmage and THEN kicked it. Penalty, loss of down. NCSU with the ball inside the Seminoles' 15. NCSU then ends up in a 3rd-and-40, kicks a long field goal to get within one. Devin Leary knocked out of the game.

    What a mess.
