Jay Stricherz must be the white hat in the game you're watching then.

Pac-12 officials missed a horse collar tackle today. Plain as day, Oregon defender drags Keith Price down by the top of the back of his jersey. Everyone in the stadium saw it and they fucking blew it.

Pac-12 commissioner needs to fire all the officials.

Does it say something bad about the officiating when a lot of calls are getting overturned after replay? I mean the replay guy is from the same conference right?

Boy, the Cougs really spit the bit at home against Oregon St.

Tied 24-24 late in the 3Q, then three straight turnovers help the Beavers cruise to an easy win.

Don't look now, but Oregon State is one of just three teams without a Pac-12 loss.

I'm really hoping the Ducks go undefeated in the Pac-12 then shit the bed against Oregon State.

I don't know. Hearing Mike Piera talk about the difference between a player falling on his wrist or forearm makes me glad there is replay. I saw some plays today that even slowed down were "coin-flip" calls.

And Bodie - Pac12 officiating used to be much worse. Agreed on the horse collar, they also missed a Washington hold on one of Sanke's TDs - but officials today have a much tougher job than they did five years ago. They have more plays to officiate, the tempo is faster and they're asked to do a lot more with protecting the players. I don't envy them.

Assuming the tiebreakers work in an intelligent way, and there's certainly no guarantee of that, I would think it'd be easy to resolve. Georgia and Florida would be 2-1 against the others, Missouri and SC 1-2. Throw the bottom two out and Georgia wins the head-to-head with Florida.

But again, I'm sure it's not that easy. I'm also doubtful to say the least about the chances of Georgia's baling-wire-and-duct-tape offense getting anything done against Florida's defense.

You're on the right track, but division record is the 2nd tiebreaker. After that, you use head-to-head between whoever's left.

    Wait, are you sure?

By my reading of the three or more line, the first tiebreaker is on line 2, which is record among the tied teams, which would then reduce the field to two, whereupon you go back to the two-team procedure.

Just don't see Mizzou losing to Florida.

Even without Franklin? Florida held LSU to 17 points and 152 passing yards. They're legit on defense.
