Not one bit. They cut me loose as soon as they checked my vitals.

My post-procedure meal has always been a roast beef sandwich and a big glass of whole milk. The latter is one of my favorite treats, but since I'm no longer a boy of 12 I can't have it very often.

Goddamm, the one time you're encouraged to fart up a storm in public,
right there in the presence of agreeable, educated women ... and you whiffed?

This is not acceptable board behavior, I'll have you know. ... This will not stand.

I'm not a milk drinker. What makes whole milk more desirable than 2% milk?

Higher butterfat content. That's what makes milk taste good. But it's got to be really cold.

Man, wish I could do whole milk like I could when I was younger ...

I don't like milk at all unless chocolate is involved.

So one in a while I'll buy a quart of 2%
and dump sugar-free chocolate syrup into it.
I do like that. Still, the milk has some sugar in it, and I have to avoid sugar.

So I bought a quart of this Ripple stuff (plant-based milk, not that shitty cheap "wine") the other day, and I'm looking forward to seeing if it's a worthy substitute. First test is Wednesday morning.

Anyone else here know this stuff? It gets good review online, etc. ...

Not the worst idea to eat some yogurt after one of these. Gets some gut flora going again after the purge.

The one I had was a piece of cake.
Prep was hardest part by far. And yes the best nap of your life.
