No. But your opinion on whether it's offensive or not means dick.

And he would probably do exactly that. No reason to believe otherwise.

The vast majority of sports fans aren't really that smart. I imagine the vast majority of sports fans aren't offended by fag either. Does that make it acceptable?

If it is offensive to even 30% of people why would you want that?

Snyder is not being forced to change the name, he can stand behind the name forever. He just isn't getting Trademark and pattent protection. We'll see how strong his conviction and beliefs are once that starts costing him money.

Legally, is the loss of trademark protection in effect now? So can someone stand outside FedEx Field and sell Redskins shirts and tell Snyder to go fuck himself? Or do they have to wait for the appeals process?

    As does yours, dick. :)

You could do that if you wanted to, but Snyder and the Redskins still have common-law protections that, since the team has used the name for as long as it has, are pretty ironclad.

I understand it fine. You just don't like how it makes you look.

Just so you understand that that sword cuts both ways.

This is true. But, I believe the decision was stayed to allow for appeal.

What cuts both ways? My opinion on whether it's offensive doesn't mean shit, either.

OK, then you understand. Why would you question the expression? Oh, because you're being combative. :)
