    Now you are doing exactly what caused many of the issues you are concerned about in the first place. You are making assumptions about people's ability to do their jobs based on race.

    jojo - you have entered the endless loop of hell. There's no way to make it stop other than to walk away. Doesn't matter if you are right (and I stopped following this discussion once a certain few got involved). It will not stop. Must have last word. So take a hit for the team and move on. Your points were made, and I assume made well.

    That's the case when hiring for any job. I really don't know how you eliminate the human element --- or even if you should.
