That was FANTASTIC. The last two episodes have been the show's high point so far, IMO.

 

Anyone catch last night's episode with Malcom Jamal Warner. I found the Cosby show references funny, especially his sweater.

 

The sweater stuff cracked me up.
Just really funny. My dad gave it to me.

 

I'm a little late and just watched the first season of Community (ironically right after I FINALLY saw the first -- and only -- season of Freaks and Geeks). It was GREAT! I don't watch a lot of network TV at all but once I finished the first season of Community, it immediately surpassed Parks and Recreation as probably my favorite current show. Hopefully it enjoys a lengthy stay on TV and won't go the Arrested Development route. It's not AD but the references and characters are spot on.

Plus, as others have said, Alison Brie and Gillian Jacobs are sexy. Damn you, McHale.

 

Wait till you watch Season 2. The 2-part finale is one of the greatest things I've ever seen on TV.

 

Anyone else watching? I thought last night's episode was a perfect example of why the show is so awesome. Funny, unconventional and great writing.

 

Completely agree. Very meta. The entire episode had one setting, too, and they killed it. Probably the best episode of the season.

 

I loved every second of it. Drunk Shirley is awesome.

 

What a great episode. Troy with the voicebox at the end fucking slayed me. "Evil Troy and Evil Aaaa-bed!"

 

Liked the episode a lot, but man, they aren't making it easy for anyone to like the show. It has been mostly gallows humor this year, and super-meta, as if they don't plan on making it past this season or even giving it a try.
