Concerts thread: Best/Worst/Next/Last one you attended?

Always curious how musical acts plan their tours, don't know if they'll be hitting a lot of casinos, but apparently there are a lot of Air Supply fans in Florida, Ten different stops in the Sunshine State. Zero in the PNW, so we got that going for us.

 

Over/under on the percentage of those shows hosted by casinos: 90.5%

 

Take the over.

They play here all the time. Always at a casino, and frequently it's one of the weird out-of-the-way ones.

 

There's a Hard Rock Casino in Bristol, Va., so I'm assuming that's where they're playing.

 

The Rama date on Jan. 25 is at a casino a couple hours north of Toronto that has always got loads of acts, either on the way up or on the way down.

Two shows on March 9? Dueling Air Supplys?

 

Their Air Supply comes from plastic tubing now I suspect.

The Oxford date is at a 1200-seat performing arts center.

 

Fans in Wisconsin will have to make the pilgrimage down to Rockford in April. Two shows in New Brunswick!

For a second I thought Ellen DeGeneris' head had been photoshopped onto the white t-shirt guy.

 

The New Brunswick dates are a bit odd, can't imagine a lot of name acts make it there. Halifax, Nova Scotia is a much bigger area and it's got a casino too.

 

Looks like Moncton has a casino too. That may explain it.

 

They do but it's a smaller area, beautiful in the summer, not so great in the winter
