He's playing what appears to be a cool new outdoor venue in East Providence next weekend. (I believe there are options other than wine available.)
Last weekend I saw a dueling pianos show at a winery that actually served its own beer (pilsner was yuck, but had a pretty good hefe).

One of my top five was the Eagles and Fleetwood Mac on a double bill. Eagles were touring "Hotel California" and the Mac "Rumors" and it was all new music.

    Fucking amazing show.

I posted over on the Politics thread I saw Fleetwood Mac on the ‘76 tour. Went to see Stevie a couple of years ago. Show was cut short due to storms so that sucked.

Back to the Eagles show..Joe Walsh was the best thing for me. The sound mix was all kinds of fucked up. Just awful. I went with a large group as an outing, so the company made it fun.

Funny, looking at your screen name in this thread. The first real rock show I ever saw (as in not in the high school gym) was Deep Purple on the "Machine Head" tour, backed by Fleetwood Mac. That would have been, um, late '71, early '72. Peter Green was playing lead for the Mac. I remember kinda bitching when they played "Black Magic Woman", because it was Santana's song... except that Fleetwood Mac did it first, lol. Young and green.

Anyhow, I got that album live, long before "Smoke on the Water" became an overplayed cliche. Lazy, Highway Star, Space Truckin'. Good stuff.

Back to Fleetwood Mac, Danny Kirwan recently passed. RIP.

And Buckingham seems to be being difficult of late?

Think I’m done with arena / stadium shows. The sound mix and I want to hear the band sing the songs, not the crowd.

Unless it’s the Beatle who plays bass. Then, I’m there.

I'm much the same. I'll go see people I want to see in smaller venues, but it will take very particular circumstances to get me into an arena show anymore.
