The M's are playing some good ball.

Jose Lopez double wins it in the bottom of the 11th. M's sweep Boston; 8-0 this year against BoSox.

Too bad they are stuck in the best division in the A.L.

When did the Mariners move to the central?

    That. Was. A. Bomb.

Boss hates it though. His Reds are down and one of our writers, even though the boss can see the TV that's right in front of him, keeps egging him on by giving him updates at the end of each inning.

    Hey, it's only June. :D

And dammit, I have Carmona on my fantasy team.

Oh well, hopefully the A's bullpen can hold a lead and the Indians can unknot fall a half game behind.

Estimated distance on Howard's bomb, according to Phils' TV broadcast: 505 feet

Howard's HR was 505 feet, according to the Reds' TV guys. DAMN

And now the Phils go to the pen. Your boss will likely enjoy this.

I don't understand taking Moyer out. His pitch count wasn't getting that high, was it?

Shaving the goatee didn't help. Geoff Geary still sucks.

When Moyer loses it, he loses it quick. At the same time, there's NOBODY in the Phils' pen worth a shit, so I'd have left him in.

Just saw a crazy stat: with today's win, the Royals (14-11 in June) assured themselves of the franchise's first winning month since July 2003. Wow.
