Let me know which stat is important when, OK?

    First, I said "seems"

Second, I was referencing his getting 67 percent of his home runs and 55 percent of his RBI when the difference is at least four runs.

But, batting average is now your key stat. Good to know.

    More NY hyperbole.

He could not pitch with a severed/ruptured tendon. Period.

Derek Lowe is seriously getting the 1996 Kevin Brown and 1987 Nolan Ryan treatment from his offense.

The sample size is too ridiculously small to try to argue that the guy only produces in garbage time. Perhaps we could wait a little longer than 3 months into his major league career before starting that crap?

At this point, he is showing signs of development. He's a rookie. The hot streak is great and all, but what really makes it significant is the talent of the player and the idea that this is just the beginning of good things for this kid after a lousy start.

You really do make it hard to keep the arguments rational sometimes.

Dude....WHO is saying the guy only produces in garbage time.

I said that the guy seems to HAVE GOTTEN a lot of production in garbage time.

It's not a assessment of what he will be.

Only a statement of fact based on this sampling.

That's all I said, for chrissakes.

    But, it is interesting.

All the BYH fellating of his more flimsy stats based on that same tiny sampling.

That's true, but it was still mediocrity.

Actually, he pointed out that the sample size was too small in his post, and showed that you were talking out of your ass at the same time.

And why else bring that up except to be critical?

Why do I bother? Go Josh Beckett!

Everyone's giving the kid a blow job, and I bring up some other facts as they are today in his career.

    And this is the reaction?

This site should be renamed fanboy.com

How is saying Gordon crushed a home run giving him a blow job?
