Cory Lidle's plane crashes in NYC

If she's on JetBlue.... fuhgeddaboudit.

 

A tv crew shouldn't be able to get into the terminal unless the airport passes them through security. That should be pretty easy to control. I'm assuming they've radio'ed the plane and they'll pull her aside as she de-planes.

 

Oh yeah it is on his hands. I think the Wright brothers are somewhat to blame, also. What a pair of assclowns those guys were. Look at all the pain they've caused.

We should also not forgot the high school teacher that told him "Cory, you can do it!!" If that piece of shit hadn't done that, Cory would be getting up from his desk as some accounting firm. Assholes need to be held accountable for this.

RIP and prayers to his wife and 6-year-old son. Also, for those interested, Lidle went to South Hills High School in West Covina, CA. (1990 graduate) and it is the same school as Giambi. They were teammates there too. Local paper in that area is San Gabriel Valley Tribune and I'm sure they're all over this story.

I have this horrible image of the plane landing, her turning her cell phone on and finding out via voice mail. I mean, there's no good way to learn your spouse died. But that way would absolutely suck.

 

I don't know. Imagine some scumbag rushing at you with a mic and asking, "So, how do you feel about your husband's death?" when you hadn't known.

Yeah, I really hope she's not on that flight. I keep having images of that SNL sketch where the plane was in trouble and they were watching DirecTV flash through my mind.
Maybe they got a message from the tower to the plane to let her know before they landed.
Just don't let the TV people barrage her.

 

I told two people about this and the first thing they asked is if he did it on purpose. It's obviously a messed up question, but it's what (some) people were thinking.

 

I can never, ever forgive Cory Lidle for what he did to break ranks during the strike.

But this? Wow. This is incredible.
