Arthur Rhodes' comments... or just the crash?

At 6:30, ESPN reported that neither game will be postponed because of the crash. NYM-STL could still be rained out, though.

An hour ago, Olbermann said it had been rained out.

Quick! Everyone to the flame-resistant suits.

FWIW, nobody seems certain whether or not his wife and son are flying to California or Florida. But everyone seems sure they're on a plane to one of those two places.

Well, if it hasn't been rained out.... then I'll know that he may be a closeted republican.

AP has moved a list of all the plane tragedies involving athletes in numerous sports. All are sad ... yet when I was a kid, Clemente's accident was really something -- a shocker, for sure. They are all sad ... period.

Heaven forbid you actually show some decorum on this thread.

I wouldn't have argued with the Astros postponing the game.

The more I think about it, the less likely I'd be to postpone the A's game. But I still see why there's a move to postpone a game in the city in which Lidle died.

    OK.

Well, Mother Nature disagrees with me, so I will defer to your POV.
