Crisis in the Ukraine

Somebody's spent a little too much time on the playground.

 

Putin is a patriot, unlike verily many in Washington.

 

I also want to remind that the offing of an otherwise insignificant archduke kicked off the first world war.
So maybe for once let's not be American prigs and diminish the importance of what is happening in Kyiv.

 

And clearly our leader is no Jack Ryan. As mentioned earlier it's stunning how Clancy's last book--
Command Authority is about the Russian invasion of Crimea. Maybe Putin read the book.

 

Hollywood is very concerned with the happenings in Ukraine:

 

Ellen DeGeneres with an insult to Putin joke.

 

You know what's super patriotic? Questioning the patriotism of everyone who doesn't agree with you.

Murica.

In the less intense quarters, many believe Putin is making the incursion to protect the base for the Black Sea fleet and could very well stop with it.

 

Fart is no soothsayer, but I think WWIII will center on Iran.
Of course the president has fumbled with regard to policy there, too.

 

Very few news stories that I've read make reference to the fact that The Russian Black
Sea Fleet is based in Crimnea.

 

China. If we would have gone toe-to-toe with Russia or Iran, it probably would have happened by now. China, though...
