Trip has been planned for a while and is for a football game. I assure you completely innocent and nothing that I would be ashamed of will happen.
Besides, to say the new girl is "kinda-sorta" is a stretch.

I am willing to out myself immediately to anyone willing to come over here and argue with my mother about the difference between Chinese eyes and Japanese eyes.

    Hurry.

Holy crap, that was funny. If you want, I'll give her a call--I don't have any work to do for an hour or so.

As always, 21 kills on Thanksgiving.

Someday, you have got to host us there as well as your family. You can host all day with a bag on your head and a Sosa jersey on. I'll be the guy in the old school Diamondbacks hat. :D :D

Unfortunately, everyone here is still alive.

Although that may not be the case soon for anyone who ate the salad. It was furry.

Somehow, those M&M's I'm chowing down on the desk just got better tasting. And a LOT safer.

I'll say this: As much bullshit as the posts might be, 21's rambling Tgiving stories are fantastically well-written and make me giggle.

That is some good stuff, 21. You didn't disappoint! Wish I could have checked in more today to stay up on the soap opera. It cracks me up.

I am still at family--two nights at my sister's house, but I actually like her and her family. I am a vegetarian, and this sister--she's also my best friend--goes way beyond being considerate. She cooks a zillion things that I'll eat. I don't ask her to. Food isn't a big deal to me, so I don't need it. But she really tries hard just for me.

Other than eating, my day consisted of watched three football games on a large TV, and my brother-in-law and nephew were fine company, so I was happy. I would do this every day, if I could.

Rest of family came and went. I wish I had 21-type stories, but I don't. I wanted to punch my other sister within 5 minutes of her entering the house, but that's pretty typical. I never share stuff about myself with her; she doesn't know me well. I was reminded why immediately. Earlier this week I made the mistake of telling her something personal and somewhat painful. Can't really explain the details, but because of something that happened, and the conversation we were having, I had a choice of fibbing and keeping her blissfully ignorant or being honest and telling her something personal. I don't lie well, so I told her. Naturally, she started to make a "joke" about it in front of my other sister's father-in-law, sister-in-law, my brother-in-law and a cousin.

But I can forgive that, because she has three little boys who are the sweetest kids alive. Having everyone together was nice.

Glad to see you're having fun, Ragu. Sorry to hear your sister has the sensitivity of a boar ... just hope her kids don't pick up that trait.

Aside from a couple of my cheap jokes, 21 has single-handedly entertained us for most of the last 36 hours.
