    Seems Menzer may have landed on his feet rather quickly, and for the better -- hearing from some pretty credible sources that he has been hired by NASCAR.com to take over for David Newton, who is moving to ESPN.com, and is getting a substancial pay raise over what he was getting from the W-S Journal ...

    I hope the news on Joe is true. NASCAR's gain and a loss in our profession. I'll miss seeing his stuff on the Panthers.
