You may be right there, DK, but I'm not so sure. Show me one anti-terrorist thread started by a liberal on this board.

So far the only thing I've seen liberals on this board say regarding terrorists is that we're mistreating them at Guantanamo.

Damnit, besides ot's ramblings, the worst part about this thread are all the damn Coulter ads on the top and bottom of the page.

TRUTHS? You're as bad as John D. Villarreal! You make an assertion and then call it fact and pat yourself on the back as the Bringer of Truth and Justice. Your previous post about posting threads on terrorism is so unbelievably asinine and such Kindergarten logic, I could say that you're pro-Hitler because you haven't started an anti-Hilter thread! Gaaaah

Guys, don't bother. Tony comes here exclusively to argue politics and for little else. He does this because everyone who knows him in real life refuses to discuss politics with him, and for good reason.

Look for yourselves folks: 95 percent of his posts are political in nature. The miniscule 5 percent that aren't actually make him appear normal.

And I'll save tony the job of refuting this post by pointing out that, for the most part, I don't give a shit about politics. Maybe 5 percent of my posts are politics-related. Maybe.

I come here because I enjoy coming here. Tony comes here to fill a sick need to argue for the sake of arguing, and because no one who actually knows him will feed that compulsion.

OK, so everyone who hasn't personally started an "anti-terrorist thread" on this sports journalism site must be pro-terrorist. That's some sound logic.

For any liberal on this board to accuse a conservative of "painting with a broad brush" is laughable. These threads are littered with generalizations about how horrible conservative posters are because, well, they don't agree with the majority. By all means, make your argument, but the "don't make broad generalizations" mantra is about as hypocritical as it gets on a political thread.

I think it's more that they think themselves the majority, both here and as a whole. They haven't gotten around to accepting that much of the country has turned from their cynical world view. They just can't accept that anyone on the other side has any valid ideas. Not, of course, that many on the liberal side are much better.

    t,

As a liberal I'll say that I'm OK with mistreating terrorists at Guantanamo.

It's all those innocent folks they rounded up just because they'd pay $5,000 anyone who spoke a funny language to turn someone in as a terrorist that makes me a teensy bit squeamish about the whole thing.

  11. tony,

Question: If you had the opportunity, would you suck Ann Coulter's dick?

Ya, Christians who generalize are the equivalent of homicidal Muslims. Of course.
