Maybe the Bears could try developing a quarterback for once.
I would love if Cutler played in New York. It would be gold to watch.
He wouldn't have people like you falling about him like some lovestruck schoolgirl.

I think it's pretty clearly the Bears.

Developing a QB means blowing the whole thing up and accepting multiple years of little chance.

Which may be their best option at this point, but it's not cut-and-dried.

It's easy to criticize OK quarterbacks for not being great. It's a lot harder to come up with real alternatives for the teams involved.

There aren't any stats that show he's having a good year.

I suppose there are some stats that, if you disregard turnovers, show he is having an OK year. But nothing that shows he is playing well. And why would anyone disregard turnovers anyway.

    I'm not advocating disregarding anything.

He's 11th in yards, 7th in touchdown passes, in a five-way tie for sixth in INTs, and he's had some fumbles.

That's not a bad year. It's not a great year, but it's not a bad year.

Andrew Luck: Six spots below Cutler in completion percentage and one more interception. He sucks.

The new stadium is next to where team headquarters have been for the last 25 years. Since the late '80s, the only time the 49ers spent in San Francisco was on game days and the prior Saturday at the team hotel. Players all live down in the San Jose area, that's why the team has such a cozy relationship with that police department and not SFPD.

It's not OK calling mediocrity greatness.

Who has said Cutler is great?

    Who called Cutler great?

I mean, his coaches probably did at some point, but it's their job to lie to the media.

And more TDs, more Y/A, two games' worth more yards, fewer sacks, fewer fumbles, team has better record. Good try, though.
