Deadspin posts the Favre pics. Ugh.

Off topic, AQB, but your signature is the best I've seen around here.

I think you're getting Brett's cell phone troubles mixed up.

He allegedly used a Packers cell phone to allegedly call the Vikings while still under contract with the Packers, inquiring about joining them. He was already a member of the Jets when he allegedly called Millen about game-planning for the Packers.

For it to be sexual harassment, doesn't the harasser have to be a work superior? Aren't they both essentially just employees?

No. Wow, have you gone this long in your career and not ever been to a seminar?

What is it then, if not harassment, when you just happen to show off your cock to an equal colleague?

HR would like you to stop down this afternoon.

And don't expect an apology from them.

Trying to hook up with an unwilling colleague (if Sterger even qualifies as a colleague) by sending cell phone photos of your cock is a different situation than a locker room scenario.

Maybe Brett should turn this around and sue Jenn and Deadspin for violating his privacy.

I think it is gross and a fireable offense.

But I don't think you can be sued.

Dan Wetzel had an interesting take today. Those pictures might do what no linebacker's been able to: end Favre's starting streak.

Rusty Hardin approves of this legal strategy.

Ahhh, just wait for the Favre Smooching Brigade to suddenly start arguing for all sorts of ridiculous "alternative punishments" (massive fines, or maybe suspend him for halves of games, etc etc) because it would be "such a travesty" if his "hallowed starting streak" was broken for such a "trivial reason."
