The whole "law school" thing is apparently a touchy subject here. I missed all the hoohaa.

Predicting right now that Favre will not get suspended. Big difference between suspending Roethlisraper, a two-time champ but also a piece of shit from day one whom the NFL hasn't had a chance to build itself around, and Favre, an NFL icon whose good ol' boy schtick didn't begin to wear until his late 30s. Dollars to donuts that Sterger either doesn't cooperate, or is given a nice bonus once she cooperates and the NFL ignores her findings.

If the NFL finds Favre did indeed text pics of his cock to Sterger, he's going to get at least a game. While what he did wasn't as bad as Roethlisberger, it demands a response.

Thanks. Can't take credit for it. Somebody copied it from an LSU fan board.

    Here's how it works:

    "If he' cute, it's flirting."

    "If he's not, it's harassment."

    Hope that helps.

Favre apologizes to team for "distractions."

I hope the Jets pound him into the turf tonight.

As someone who sat through countless videos as an employee and a manager - no.
It does not have to be a "superior" for it to be harassment.

Remember the bullshit scenario ol' boots brought up in that long ago post, where he made up that situation and said some "gal" was putting her nose where it didn't belong? Made himself look like a doofus for lying and for acting like that situation - had it actually happened - wouldn't quality as harassment.

    It darn sure would have.

Show myself to an employee as manager? Fireable and expect to be sued.
Show myself to a colleague as a fellow employee? Fireable and expect to be sued.

Create an uncomfortable environment for colleagues with talk that runs the gamut from suggestiveness to speculation to whatever? See above.

It's weird how the Pioneer Press and Star-Tribune have all but ignored this.

*If this has changed in the last 24 hours or so, I apologize.*

Can she sue the Jets, though? Or just Favre?

I'd want to shoot myself if I had to cover this story.

Funny thing is a guy like Favre and all the fanbois think that "the media" loves the cover these stories. I'm sure, behind the scenes, he's 110 percent blaming "the media." As, I'm sure, did Tiger.

In truth, covering these idiots doing shit like this generates more "What am I doing with my life?" existential crises than any other kind of story.

Not sure on that one Dick, though I think both. Favre for the harassment and the Jets for "creating" the environment. Can't say that with any certainty.

Did she complain? Did they act or do nothing?

If one of my guys says "excuuuussseeee me while I whip this out" and does and I can him immediately, I don't see how I'm liable.
    If I ignore it? Perhaps.

But not for the interminable retiring/not retiring attention-whore circus show which basically held both franchises hostage for about two years. Like that wasn't a distraction too.
