Maybe he took the pic on a brisk November day.

From one of my fave tweeters, cnbc's Darren Rovell:

'Tomorrow's NY Post Headline? 1 PIC TOO MANY 4 FAVRE'

The Vikings had a lot of wrinkles in their game plan tonight. But when viewed up close, the much-ballyhooed performance was ultimately disappointing. Some would say disgusting. After going limp under the camera flashes of New York City, the Vikes can only hope they have it in their veins to face what they are boldly predicting will be a hard, hard road ahead. Favre thought it would be wet all night, but even when the playing field dried up, Favre was begging people to hold onto his balls. It looked to me like he was drifting right all night.

Nice way for this guy who writes for bleacher report to further his journalism career (from the hate mail to Deadspin): ???

    AJ,
I have some information for you regarding BF and your most recent string of investigations into misbehavior on his part.
Be assured, I am going to fucking ruin you in exactly the same way you are actively pursuing the demolition of a man's life and career. You can investigate me and the information I'm about to give you very carefully.
I would just like to propose to you that your personal health and ability to feed and bathe yourself may be more valuable than your most recent "career" endeavors. If you do not stop this thing dead in its tracks over the weekend, you find yourself living a debilitated existence.
Feel free to investigate me, trace my e-mail and look into this situation as deeply as you wish.
Consider the options friend. - Michael Priebe

    His Apology:

    AJ,
I apologize for my e-mail the other night. It was immature and not professional in any sense of the word. While I disagree with the basic premise of your website and, more importantly the manner and voracity of your attempts to singlehandedly ignite an athlete's demise, that is not an excuse for my impulsive rant. I know you will continue to do what you do, but I do not wish you success in those endeavors.
    Again, my apologies.
    Sincerely,
    Michael Priebe

So we're assuming that AJ was already capable of bathing himself?

so the guy from bleacher report was the one who was threatened?

he more than furthered his career, he may have hit the jackpot. he should pursue legal action, unless of course he thinks bleacher report will be a springboard to a great journalistic career.

The guy from bleacher report is the one doing the threatening.
He's obviously feeling a tiny bit torn:

(Another aside, think back just 5 years ago. Never could someone make up this insane plot, with all these characters. I'm waiting for a green martian to appear and then it'll be complete.)

I believe the dooleyfish translation of this article is: I liked sports journalism before it told me that my hero was a married man who tried to engage in foreplay with a woman who was not his wife by sending pictures of his less-than-impressive cock. I am a fanboi looser.

As sports media devolved to blogs, tweets, and trash-collecting web hubs...
