Deadspin has said all along there was no proof that the pics and recordings were Favre. But, you know, what the hell.

 

OK, having sworn off Deadspin, I am stuck with the news reports and I hadn't seen that one. So the whole thing is about something whose veracity isn't even being supported by the people who posted it. Great situation all around.

 

It says that in most of the reports. AJ's covering his ass.

I am curious when this story went from an Internet sensation to what it is today. Is it the voice mail or the picture?

 

Blame the NFL. Daulerio posted the allegations months ago and Goodell did nothing then that we know of.

 

Goodell can sweep it aside if there's no proof. Much like Spygate. Now, there appears to be proof.

 

Slight difference between posting mere rumors and the actual voicemail recordings and text photos, don't ya think?
