Deadspin posts the Favre pics. Ugh.

This has to be looked at from all angles, not just the alleged cameradongguy.

She didn't retain counsel until after Deadspin published. Does she go after Deadspin? If so, on what grounds?

The alleged cameradongguy, if sued, will never go to the discovery phase. If the story is true, why hasn't a settlement been proposed by alleged cameradongguy? Or maybe one has and been rejected?

Does she feel she needs representation when/if she meets with the NFL? I would think she'd want to have a lawyer present. Has she had any communication with the NFL to this point?

Question for the lawyers around here..

What about making emails and the information they may contain public? Are there any privacy laws that cover that, or have any precedents been set regarding that issue?

I assume Gawker Media lawyers saw the Deadspin item before it ran and signed off on it, but I'm just curious.

I think she'd have almost no case against Deadspin. Favre, NFL and the Jets would be another story.

No doubt, knowing Brett has great familiarity with the drugstore, that's a Viagara-inspired tool. P.S. Those phone calls are clearly either mumblings of a socially awkward man or someone scared shitless.

    Jenn Sterger's lawyer:

Joseph Conway, the newly hired lawyer for Jenn Sterger, said Wednesday afternoon that he has been in contact with the NFL and that his client is considering her options on whether to talk to the league about allegations Vikings quarterback Brett Favre sent her inappropriate photos and messages in 2008.

It sounds like she's angling for hush money.

This could be the win-win for all parties involved.

Favre gives Sterger money to keep her mouth shut.

The NFL can't go forward with its investigation if Sterger won't cooperate. I doubt the NFL would be too upset about that. Goodell doesn't want to suspend Favre and this gives him an out.

And Sterger keeps her mouth shut how many weeks? Two? Three?

30 seconds after the check clears?

Brett Favre’s wife is due to appear on "Good Morning America" and "FOX and Friends" Thursday, raising speculation that she could break her silence about the sexual misconduct allegations against the Vikings quarterback, the Minneapolis Star-Tribune reported.

Deanna Favre, a breast cancer survivor and activist, will be appearing on the morning shows to promote her new book, "The Cure for the Chronic Life: Overcoming the Hopelessness That Holds You Back."

Sounds like she's promoting the book, with exquisitely bad timing. No chance she elaborates on anything her husband hasn't said.
